How do I qualify for a gift?

This offer is available to new NatWest customers who have purchased any of our home insurance policies (Renters, Standard or Elite) online via www.NatWest.co.uk between 1st July and 19th November 2020.

When do I get to choose my gift?

Once you have held your policy for 31 days you will be eligible for the offer. You can then expect to be sent a choice email, which will contain instructions on how to choose your gift within 30 days. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your policy.

What if I don’t have an email address – do I still get a gift?

If you don’t have an email address, you will be sent a letter, which will contain instructions on how to choose your gift.

Once you have held your policy for 31 days you will be eligible for the offer. You can then expect to be sent a choice letter, which will contain instructions on how to choose your gift within 30 days. The letter will be sent to the postal address associated with your policy.

When will I receive my gift?

Your gift will be sent within 30 working days of the date you choose your gift.

After I’ve chosen my gift, can I change my choice?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change your gift choice once you have chosen.

I haven’t received any instructions about how to claim my gift yet, what should I do?

Please check your ‘junk’ folder. Your ‘Choice’ email will be sent within 45 days of the policy start date to the email address you provided when you purchased your policy. The ‘Choice’ email contains instructions on how to claim your gift.
